Damn dat Demco Madness

Years ago we sourced unwanted furniture from a building on Cleveland Street which housed a machinery import business call Demco and on the back of the building was sprayed, Dam Dat Demco Madness. (Who knows why?) Anyway Demco moved to a new industrial space in the western suburbs and the building was rented to businesses including Mao and More and the makers of rugby jerseys. Now the buildings are being converted to apartments. In this process the floors are being replaced and consequently we have secured some fantastic richly patinated spotted gum and kauri timber to make tables.
